Solutions for Thinning Hair in Women

Top Form 18"

Are you going through hormonal imbalances or changes and losing your hair in the process? If so, you’re not alone.

A variety of medical conditions can cause hair loss including pregnancy, childbirth, or the onset of menopause, among others. An imbalance between estrogen and testosterone can also contribute to thinning hair.

Aside from seeking medical help, be sure to include a multivitamin, vitamins B in your diet, especially B6 and B12, along with a diet loaded in omega-3 fatty acids including salmon and other fatty fish, walnuts and almonds. Other good sources for healthy hair are fruits and vegetables which should include bananas, potatoes and spinach.

There are many ways to temporarily help with thinning hair including Top Pieces.

The following pieces work well for most and can by colored or styled by your hairdresser to match your own hair.
