Don’t Let Your Hair Stop You from Exercising

Skipping exercise to keep the perfect blowout is all too common with most women, regardless of their hair type.

If for instance you iron your hair perfectly, you’re more inclined not to work out and wait to work out on the next day.

Some women find working out at night helps because they’re home after and have time to re-style their hair for the next day. However, if you’d rather work out earlier in the day, here are simple steps that you can take to avoid skipping those all-important workouts:

  • Wear a headband to soak up the sweat if you can’t wash your hair after a workout and use a flat or curling iron to touch it up after.
  • Use a dry shampoo if you can’t or would rather not wash your hair after your workout.
  • Use a silk scrunchie to tie longer hair up to avoid a line in your hair. Etsy carry a wide range of beautiful scrunchie’s.
  • If you have longer hair, wear extensions and have them styled before your workout and clip them in after to give you an instant lift. Extensions can be styled with hot tools and actually hold styles longer and better than natural hair.
This eight-piece easiXtend Professional 12” by easihair clip in human hair extensions kit adds natural-looking length, volume and color to hair in minutes. Heat style to create your perfect look.
