January Jones best known for her role in the hit TV show “Mad
Men”, looked fab as a blonde at last night’s Screen Actors Guild Awards.
Jones, who has throughout her acting career changed her hair
color now says her hair is falling out.
“I have been every color and now my hair is falling out in
clumps,” she told British magazine Grazia Daily during an interview at the
Sundance Film Festival in Utah, where she’d gone for the premier of her film, “Sweetwater".
Jones spoke exclusively to Grazia Daily about her hair loss,
telling the magazine that “I’ve been blonde, red with extensions for this film,
then blonde, then black, and now blonde again. I’m going to have to shave it
off and wear a wig.”
If you’re experiencing hair loss, eat a healthy balanced diet
that includes iron and protein such as lean chicken, fish, nuts and legumes.
Stressing about your hair loss can only make the problem
worse. Wearing fabulous wigs in different colors and styles is a fun way deal with the problem while your hair grows back.
